Corus Entertainment Inc. is a Canadian mass media and television production company. The company was founded in 1987 as Shaw Radio Ltd. as a subsidiary of Shaw Communications and was spun-off from Shaw in 1999. It has prominent holdings in the radio, publishing, and television industries. Corus is headquartered at Corus Quay in Toronto, Ontario.
Corus has a large presence in Canadian broadcasting as owner of the national Global network, 37 radio stations, and a portfolio of 30 specialty television services; the company's domestic specialty brands includes Flavour Network, Home Network, Showcase, SériesPlus, Slice, Télétoon, Treehouse, W Network, and YTV. It also operates services under brand licensing agreements with A&E Networks, Paramount Global, The Walt Disney Company, and Warner Bros. Discovery. It previously held rights to WBD lifestyle brands such as Food Network and HGTV; these moved to Rogers Communications in 2025.
