Beginning in December 24, 1987 It was rebranded as International Container Terminal Services Inc. and was formed by the Soriano Group and the Razon Group alongside with Sea-Land Services to bid for the privatization of The Manila International Container Terminal in line with the Cory Aquino Administration.
