In 2010, the company integrated its operations by making ORIX Securities Corporation its wholly owned subsidiary through a share exchange. As a result, ORIX Corporation became the largest shareholder with a 22.5% stake and became an equity method affiliate of ORIX Corporation. TradeStation, its US subsidiary, provides securities, options, futures and cryptocurrency trading services.
